My room was great - it had a nice double bed and even came with a desk and a kettle 🛏️. Plus, there's a good restaurant connected to the hotel where you can just chill and hang out.

Its a great place to stay, the staff where always superb and polite and always greeted me and my fiancee with smiles the food was good and the hotel itself was clean and tidy room service was good, i cant find much wrong with this place, there was very little cutlery but they provided me with what i needed when i asked for additional things which was great the rooms are big with plenty of storage space great air con.

The wifi is very weak i had to go to the window to get a signal and taxi drivers always found it hard to find the location of the hotel as its buried behind the streets there was some construction noise during morning but it didnt bother me much.

The room is incredible, new-fashioned comes with dining table set, wide windows.

Oyo 103 Artina Suites feels like a second home. the staff is accommodating and friendly. the receptionists excel in handling guests. the location is convenient, with malls and restaurants within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. they provide daily newspapers and refreshing lemon-infused water in the lobby. The rooftop resto/club, CINCO, offers delicious food and a nice bar. Cons: No breakfast available.

The location was good and the staff friendly and helpful.

The room was on the top floor (4th), but with a lot of street traffic, the noise was very clear ...old windows and shutters, so no sound proofing. Also an old air-conditioning unit in the bedroom which was loud, the AC in the second room didn't work. There was no coffee or tea making facilities, had 2 cups but no kettle! I phoned reception and they brought me a thermos with hot water. Breakfast was included, but very basic ...1 slice of bread, 2 slices of ham, 3 slices of cucumber, an egg and a cup of coffee (or juice).

Simple hotel in a magnificent location close to everything, the services were good! The room was luxurious, spotless with a 120cm large bed, kettle plus wide windows, I was pleased. Location: the venue was very close to Poblacion and Makati avenue and shopping mall, best restaurants and nightlife. Tried some nice meals at Kermit Manila, located near the hotel.

Great spot with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. the room is super modern and spacious, featuring three single beds. the staff here are all really friendly and welcoming. 😊

The location from shopping malls like Landmark, Glorieta and SM and Megamall is not ideal. The bedroom was stuffy Breakfast was normal although you get what you pay for Hard to catch taxi from hotel No electric jug for coffee/tea

Price is okay, location is so so (road is small but okay for transportation). Room is big but the device is so so. Please never expect you will have a surprise or serise over the price.

The taxi which the hotel call for me for airport transportation is terrible. Taxi door can close well. The car is dirty and not comforatable. Driver wants to take extra charge from us. I would rather go out side and find a good and proper taxi next time. I think hotel should filter and check the taxi driver for the visitor. Or they should not call the taxi for visitor...

Noisy room close to street.

They didn't put me in the room as described. Instead of a 3 bedded room I was given a twin deluxe room with extra bed. On confronting them, all I heard were lame excuses. We finally gotten the room but the kitchenette was just a pantry with a kettle and a bar fridge. Water pressure was low and hot water supply was irregular. They would have to be realistic in their description of the rooms. The room airconditioner was noisy and the fan speed can't be controlled. If you look out of any window, you will see an old facade that is in dire need of maintenance although the front looks good. Its just cosmetics. The location is in some tired looking mixed residential houses. No one knows where is it and you'll have to arm yourself with a mobile map if you ain't sure of the entire Makati area. Taxi drivers from the airport are all eager to rip you off. I regret staying there.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent as usual, making us feel very welcome. They were accommodating and courteous, always willing to help with everything. The hotel's great location near a big street allowed us easy access to everything in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel and its well-fitted rooms exceeded our expectations. The breakfast served at their restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed the free newspaper provided daily. the hotel facilities and the service provided by the staff made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
